Grilled Honey Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers

Tools I used:

  • Non-stick grill pan – I can grill just about anything ON THE STOVETOP using this grill non-stick pan. That means, I can grill anytime of the year. Also as an added plus, it is so easy to clean as there is hardly any scrubbing needed if you immediately clean it after cooking.

Tip: To prevent from burning on the grill, soak the bamboo skewers with water for at least 20 minutes. Shrimp are completely cooked when they turn red.
