  • 3 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
  • In a mixing bowl, add chicken wings, ½ lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Set aside the chicken wings, cover with plastic wrapper and let it marinade for at least two hours, or even better, overnight.
  • Preheat the oven under 400F.
  • Line aluminum foil over your baking sheet. Brush olive oil over the foil.
  • Place each wing on the foil and brush the remaining of olive oil on top of each wing. This is to ensure that the wings will be crispy and will not stick to the foil.
  • Let it bake for 25 minutes. Then, flip each wing and bake again for another 25 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, let the wings cool for about 5 mins or so. Do not remove any juice that comes out from the chicken.
  • In a big mixing bowl or a Ziploc bag, add the chicken wings, chicken juice, ½ of lemon juice and Cajun seasoning. Toss them so that the wings are coated with it evenly.
  • Enjoy with your favorite condiments while it’s hot and crispy!
