Some of the readers have been requesting about the tools that I used for cooking, so I am going to start including it in my blog posts. Let me know if it will be useful. So, here you go.

Tools I used
  • Pyrex baking dishes – I love these baking dishes as you can just popped it into the oven, serve it for potlucks and once it’s cooled off, put it in the freezer (covered it with aluminum foil), if there are any leftovers. It’s very durable too.
  • Cheese grater – I use this basic grater. Easy clean up and it serves well for my daily cooking needs.

Tip:

  1. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the broccoli. Don’t mix the cheese with the broccoli before baking. This is to ensure that all the cheese get melted properly.
  2. Line an aluminum foil on a baking sheet for an easy clean up.
  3. Do not discard the broccoli stalk. It is actually very delicious; you can cut it into bite-sized pieces and cook it along with the florets.
